Connies Cinnamon Breakfast Heaven
| 2 Tbsp. cream cheese
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 pkt splenda (2 Tbsp)
Mix all ingredients together.
Melt some butter in frypan and slowly pour in mixture. Sprinkle mixture generously with extra cinnamon and splenda while it is cooking. Brown the
bottom, and flip over in sections and brown the other side.
This tastes like the most delicious, moist, sweet "pancakes" ever, and not a drop of syrup is needed. Serve with breakfast sausage on the side.
