| 1 Large Sugar Free Jello (flavor your choice)
2 Cups heavy whipping Cream
4 Pkts Splenda
1 16oz Sour Cream
Whip 2 Cups of Whip Cream with 4 Pkts of Splenda. Then blend the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours before serving. If you are not on induction you can add some fruit. ie Rasberries in Rasberry jello etc.
