1 small or large box of Sugar Free/Fat Free Jello
1 small or large tub of Cool Whip (check label for carb count or make your own cool whip with whipping cream)

Directions:
1)Prepare Jello as directed on package and refrigerate until firm.
2)Alternate layering of cool whip and Jello ending with cool whip on top in parfait glasses or substitute small clear juice glasses.
Hint: Garnish with berries according to the flavor of Jello.
